To position Romer Gallery and Stephan’s work in front of the right audience at the right time both digitally and locally, we worked closely with Stephan to create a brand strategy. A deep dive into all avenues of the business unlocked a detailed sales strategy, key advertising opportunities and a road map forward.
We worked with the team to launch a targeted digital campaign, implemented improvements in the customer journey, roll out new brand collateral elements and ultimately launch the new Romer website.
