Peninsula Hill is a new development on Queenstown’s iconic and sort after Kelvin Peninsula. The release of the land presented a long-awaited opportunity for buyers.
We were approached by Peninsula Hill to develop a marketing strategy, brand identity and advertising campaign to bring this rare and long-awaited property development onto the market.
The development houses the last lake view sections with year-round, all-day sun in the Queenstown area. Exploring this key selling point as a creative concept we presented a brand identity based around the concept of a prism, capturing and reflecting light from all directions–the crown jewel in the Queenstown property market. This combined with a stylised peninsula form makes up the Peninsula Hill logo mark.
Informed by a sound marketing strategy we were able to design a brand perfectly positioned for the target market. We then created and managed the roll out of a focused advertising campaign across print and digital platforms to drive traffic back to the website, designed and built in-house at Feast.
