Having worked with Amisfield for so long, being a part of sharing their story was both an honour and a fantastic project for us. Some would say that knowing the brand inside out helped immensely, of course that’s bang on. But we also like to think that it allowed us to create the next chapter in the Amisfield story.
We wanted this book to reflect Amisfield and what makes it so great. It’s rustic charm, the stunning location and surroundings. The land, the mountains, the lake. The beauty of it all. So we let the images do the talking. We opted for a clean design and laid the recipes out so that they are not only easy to follow but they’re visually pleasing to the eye. We chose an uncoated stock for the pages, keeping with the brands rustic yet elegant theming. The copper foiling on both the dust jacket and hard cover is iconically Amisfield -something we introduced to their wine labels a few years back. These little brand elements put the finishing touches on this beautiful book that encapsulates Amisfield. Even if you can’t cook to save yourself, it will make your coffee table look better.
